Firmenvortrag: How to get published with the IEEE

Monday, 04 July 2016, 14:30-16:30
The KIT Library invites everyone interested in scholarly publishing to a free public presentation: “How to get published with the IEEE” Increase the visibility of your research and build author credibility by publishing a paper in a leading IEEE journal or conference. In this session, you will learn how to navigate the IEEE paper submission process. We will take a look at what IEEE editors look for in paper submissions and how the peer review process works. This includes a review of the required elements and proper structure of a manuscript plus the reasons behind why papers may be rejected. We will also introduce the IEEE Author Toolbox, a portal designed to help authors through the publication process from start to finish. The session is aimed at graduate and PhD students who are working on research projects and seek recognition of their research through IEEE publications. Registration is required through our calender of events (see below). Tag(s): BIB-S
