Posters are an important part of science communication especially for early-career researchers and scientific projects. A professional and graphically appealing impression is one key factor for a successful poster presentation. LaTeX has all means of neat techniques and helpful packages to support the creation of professional scientific posters.

In the lecture, you will get to know some of them in order to give you a solid starting point for your first LaTeX-based poster.

You will work with the collaborative writing platform Overleaf (via tex.zih.tu-dresden.de). Registration with Overleaf is not required for the workshop.

Previous knowledge: Basic knowledge of LaTeX from "LaTeX - Hands-On-Workshop for Newbies" or comparable
