Learning Center at the Fasanenschlösschen
The Learning Center at the Fasanenschlösschen on the KIT campus—in conjunction with the laboratories and seminar rooms of the Department of Chemistry and Biosciences—offers approximately 140 individual and group workstations for studying and working. “Room-within-a-room” solutions equipped with multimedia technology provide opportunities, for example, for groups to participate in video conferences.

- 3 large standing desks, each with 6 stools (ground floor)
2 study pods with screen connections for groups of up to approx. 6 people (ground floor)
During semester breaks, adjacent seminar rooms can generally be used as additional study spaces - Wi-Fi (KIT network, eduroam, KA-WLAN)
- Lockers (Atrium, 1st–2nd floors), standing desks
- Vending machines (basement), drinking water fountains (Atrium, 1st–2nd floors)

Parent-Child Study Room
The parent-child study room at KIT Library is available to all students and staff members with children. In addition to workspaces for 4–6 individuals or 2 study groups, the room features a crawling and play area. The room includes a KidsBox, a mobile playroom designed for flexible and undisturbed learning and working with children. It is equipped for babies and children up to elementary school age.
