Training Programs
We help our users develop the ability to navigate a complex information landscape with confidence, critical thinking, and reflection: The KIT Library offers students and researchers workshops, consultations, and guided tours on a wide range of topics, both in person and online. In addition, online courses are available that can be completed at any time through self-paced learning. Upon request, workshops tailored to specific target groups can be designed for courses or groups at individual times.

Flexible, Digital, Anytime: E-Learning
The online courses were developed by KIT Library and the Writing Lab at the House of Competence. Using case studies, exercises, and quizzes, they teach the fundamentals of academic writing. The content is available at any time and can be freely used as Open Educational Resources (OER) for teaching.
Courses
The courses offered by KIT Library are integrated into the curriculum for key competency(-ies) at the House of Competence (HoC). Current dates and details about the courses offered this semester can be found in the KIT course catalog under “House of Competence (HoC) – Focus Area 4: Academic Writing” or on the House of Competence (HoC) website.
