In a nutshell
Since 2004, KIT Scientific Publishing (KSP) has been publishing quality-assured scholarly literature from all disciplines at KIT. As an experienced team, KSP advises and supports authors throughout all phases of the publication process and assists editors with book series, conference proceedings, and journals.
As an Open Access publisher, KIT Scientific Publishing makes its entire publication output available electronically on the internet free of charge. All books are also available for purchase through bookstores worldwide.

Membership in the AG Universitätsverlage
The AG Universitätsverlage is an association of institutional publishing services from German-speaking countries that promote Open Science. All members offer publishing services and have a proven affiliation with a research institution.
The criteria for membership in the working group include, in particular, support for open access and quality assurance in accordance with scholarly standards.
Membership in the Association of European University Presses
The Association of European University Presses (AEUP) is an organization of and for university presses throughout Europe. The association’s target is to connect publishers and facilitate the exchange of knowledge. This enables them to achieve common goals and address important issues in the dynamic publishing landscape together.
OASPA Membership
OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association) is a diverse network of organizations committed to Open Science. Its members include academic and commercial publishers, as well as infrastructure and service providers. OASPA serves as a bridge between global stakeholders in Open Access and provides a platform for productive collaboration.
