Reserve a Study Space

Access to the reservation system – available to:

KIT HKA DHBW-KA Individuals

  • Seat reservations are available only to members of KIT, HKA, and DHBW-KA, as well as registered library users.
Members of KIT, HKA, and DHBW-KA can log in with their respective university accounts (SSO) and reserve seats directly.
External users must first create a library account. Once you have an account, you can activate it at the Info Desk on the ground floor of the new building, either in person or via email.

  • Before taking your seat, you must check in at the check-in counter on the ground floor of the new building (next to the information desks). To do so, hold the QR code from your confirmation email up to the scanner.

  • PLEASE BE FAIR: Book a space only if you plan to actually come, and cancel your reservation if you cannot make it. If you leave your study space early, please check out. These spaces will then become available for booking again.
  • Unclaimed reservations expire 15 minutes after the start of the time slot.
