The Bookbindery of KIT Library offers a range of services in the areas of bookbinding and document processing.
KIT institutions can take advantage of these services, which include binding, repairs, and custom work for various purposes:

Binding of journals and brochures 

• Staple, adhesive, or wire binding
• Full-cloth, half-cloth, or black-cover bindings 
• Binding of journals in publisher’s covers

Book repairs 

• Professional restoration
• Preservation of the original cover and existing thread stitching whenever possible
• New adhesive binding or thread stitching
• Production of new covers by arrangement

Custom Orders

• Commemorative volumes, anniversary editions, book boxes
• Embossing of titles in gold, silver, and various colored embossing foils
• Selection of various fonts and font sizes
