Project Duration: March 2018 – September 2018
Under the auspices of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), a consortium of international representatives from the fields of Earth and space sciences is developing standards designed to connect researchers, publishers, and research data repositories and to facilitate the widespread implementation of the FAIR principles (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable). The goal of the project is to accelerate the acquisition of scientific knowledge and to improve the integrity, transparency, and reproducibility of data.
In this context, DataCite is developing a discipline-specific repository finder for scientific publications from publishers, based on the re3data dataset.
