... as of April 15, 2026 to support the Office for Good Scientific Practice and Ethical Principles (Office GWP), for 39 hours/month

The GWP office is an important point of contact for all questions concerning scientific integrity at KIT. It serves as a point of contact for students, researchers and teaching staff and offers advice and information events. It also coordinates and supports the work of the Ethics Commission and the Commission for Good Scientific Practice as well as the ombudspersons for GWP and ethics.

Your tasks:

• Website maintenance: Maintenance and further development of the websites on the topic of Good Scientific Practice and the KIT Ethics Commission - and their further development in terms of content and design.
• Public relations: Development and implementation of concepts to make the GWP office visible
• Event planning: Supporting the office GWP iin the organization, planning and implementation of internal KIT events and training courses.

Your profile:

• Interest in the fields of good scientific practice and (research) ethics
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience in writing texts (German/English)
• Independent way of working and a desire for creative exchange
• High level of integrity in dealing with confidential information
• Initial experience with the content management system (CMS) "OpenText Web Site Management" or another CMS is an advantage
